Alnmouth Beach
A wide estuary beach on the Northumberland coast giving steady if modest finds of mostly white and green sea glass.
Amble is a working harbour town where the River Coquet meets the sea, with sandy beaches either side of the harbour looking out to Coquet Island. It is not as rich as Boulmer or Newbiggin further along the coast, but several collectors report finding glass here.
Mostly green and other common colours in smallish pieces, some of it not fully frosted. Expect a few pieces rather than a haul.
