Covehithe Beach
Experience Covehithe Beach: secluded beauty, dramatic coastline, and serene ambiance, perfect for contemplative walks and nature.
Gorleston is a broad sandy beach just south of Great Yarmouth harbour, with shingle ridges that collect glass. Several collectors have shared finds from here and from neighbouring Great Yarmouth's main beach, with one reporting more than 50 pieces in an hour and a half at Yarmouth. Most finds are common colours.
Mostly white and green in many shades, with seafoam, pale lime, aqua, amber and the odd blue or brown; a first piece of black has been reported. Search the shingle ridges, ideally as the tide goes out.
