Portishhead Beach
Portishead Beach, though more of an estuarine coast than a sandy beach, offers picturesque views over the Severn Estuary. The area is known for its lido, a marine lake providing a safe and unique swimming experience, especially popular with families. The beachfront is complemented by a scenic promenade, parks, and open green spaces, ideal for leisurely walks and relaxation. Portishead is also celebrated for its modern marina, which is surrounded by a selection of eateries and shops, enhancing the coastal visit.
