Pettycur Bay, Kinghorn
Sheltered sandy bay by Kinghorn where green glass from the old Pettycur bottle works still washes up, with browns and the odd blue.
Burntisland's beach is a wide stretch of sand and rock below the links, next door to Pettycur Bay and Aberdour on this glass-rich bit of the Fife coast. Collectors report a good amount of sea glass here, and it is named in Scottish sea glass guides alongside Aberdour and Kirkcaldy.
A good amount of white, green, amber and seafoam glass.
